Revoked charters

Following efforts made by the office of the International Organizer and other officers since 2005 to identify all active units.

The following previously chartered locals of the Ethiopian World Federation Incorporated are hereby declared revoked by the Executive Council on this day June 20^th 2011.

Below is a list of names and numbers of local charters to be revoked:

REPORT OF ATTORNEY ROBERT L. SIMS, JR ON THE PROCEEDINGS AND ACTIONS OF THE 2010 CONVENTION OF THE ETHIOPIAN WORLD FEDERATION INCORPORATED.

I, ROBERT L. SIMS, JR., ESQ., being an Officer of the Courts of the United States of America, both State and Federal, and hereby acting in the capacity as the Parliamentarian of the ETHIOPIAN WORLD FEDERATION INCORPORATED’S 2010 Convention held in St. Ann’s Bay, Jamaica, West Indies from July 15, 2010 to July 21, 2010 do hereby certify as follows:

A Notice of the Annual Convention Meeting, signed by the International President, Barrymore Tittle, and dated April 28, 2010, listing the dates and location of the Convention was mailed by certified, registered mail on the 28th day of April, 2010 to all Chartered Locals, by the Office of the Executive Secretary, WG Pauline Anderson, pursuant to Article III, Section 3(a) of the Corporation’s Constitution and By-Laws and Chapter XV, Section 47, Sub-Title, Secretary, sub-section 9 of Robert’s Rules of Order, to wit:

This is a very important Report adopted by the Executive Council of the Ethiopian World Federation Incorporated October 2010 with a decision that it is in the publics interest that this document be made public.

For the avoidance of doubt the organisation was incorporated August 25th 1937 is governed by a Constitution and By-laws.

Article 5

Locals

Section 1

(a) First unit of the Ethiopian World Federation Incorporated, in the City of New York shall be known as Local number one (note the word known as).

(b) The duly elected officers of Local Number One shall be the International officers,

except the President until a Convention is called and International officers are duly elected.
